Providing strategic and tactical consultancy to Local Authorities (circa 20), PCT’s, Local Partnerships e.g; Children’s Trusts (8) and Central Government Agencies e.g; WRAP, Audit Commission and Business Links. OTS typically undertakes Financial and Operational Reviews with the principal aims of i) Informing Plan Developments (or re-developments) to maximize operational impact and cohort focus / priorities ii) Obtaining the optimal VfM re service delivery and effecting a ‘Funding Shift’ from Remedial to Preventative services via Funding Re-investments from discretionary expenditure III) Design, development, implementation and operation of Performance Management Systems to monitor and evidence tactical service (typically, multi-disciplinary) outputs / outcomes.
A number of the above service areas are currently being re-designed to cater for the proposed service ‘Payment by Results’ concept as outlined in the Coalition Government’s 2011 – 15 Plan.
Providing strategic and tactical consultancy to major National / International Corporates (eg; Technicolor Ltd, Disney Corp, Avery Dennison Plc, Bonver AG, Microtcek Medical BN, Atradius Plc) by undertaking Business Performance Reviews, Development and Implementation of Performance Management and Operational Systems, Pan EU Credit Control Processes, Contractual Reviews / Due Dilligence etc.
Undertaking consortia SME Leadership / Business developmental projects via the Key Performance Measures Programme, based upon the Balanced Scorecard approach.
Providing an Expert Witness Service (Forensic Financial Analysis / Quantum Determination) to the High Court and Legal Firms, including High Court Appearances.
